Set sail in style with The Helm<\/strong>, a unique handmade crossbody bag created from a pair of upcycled mid-blue denim jeans.<\/p>\n

The front flap features a striking machine-embroidered ship’s wheel, together with the words \u2018The Helm\u2019<\/strong>, giving this bag a nautical character and a wonderfully individual look.<\/p>\n

I have reused both of the original jeans pockets in the design. One pocket has been carefully stitched onto the outside of the bag, providing a handy place for keeping smaller items close at hand, while the second original jeans pocket has been incorporated into the inside of the bag.<\/p>\n

Inside, the bag is lined with beautiful 100% cotton blue paisley fabric, adding a pretty contrast to the denim and giving the bag a lovely finished feel.<\/p>\n

The adjustable blue shoulder strap features a white tracking design and allows the bag to be worn comfortably across the body. It is finished with a combination of gold and silver-coloured hardware.<\/p>\n
